Efficiency Beef Strip Vacuum Tumbler Machine TJG-600 for Meat Processing

The Jiuying TJG-600 vacuum tumbler is designed for wet and dry marination. The vacuum tumbler tenderises and softens the meat in vacuum during the production of ham, shoulder, sirloin, bacon and soft pieces of chicken.

The vacuum tumblers has many benefits in production:

  1. shortens the massaging times;
  2. maintains the natural colour of the product;
  3. high production efficiency;
  4. high product quality, regardless of the temperature conditions in the curing plant;
  5. optimal binding of proteins;
  6. improves the micro-biological quality of the product.

 

 

Features:
 

  •  The whole machine adopts high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel production, simple and fashionable appearance, reasonable structure.The whole machine surface sandblasting and no fingerprint treatment, barrel internal mirror surface treatment, easy to clean.
  • This machine adopts advanced programmable operating system, vacuum degree tracking function.According to the customer product process requirements to edit the operation procedures, (running speed, positive and negative switching, vacuum breathing and vacuum degree optional Settings) suitable for each pursuit of high quality customer requirements.
  • Built-in vacuum pump, equipped with multiple air filtration device, effectively prevent the material pumping vacuum pump and external debris into the barrel, avoid the pollution of meat products.
  • This system has the storage function, the customer different products different operation requirements can store memory, one key extraction parameters, reduce the difficulty of operation Settings.
